Warrior’s principal strategy is to build a premier natural gas business within the prolific hydrocarbon basins of U.S. Rocky Mountains from the ground up. At the core of this strategy is to aggressively capture and immediately fund the drilling and development of the Company’s key projects in order to maximize asset value. The Company's objective is to maximize reserve, production and cash flow growth while significantly maintaining a high degree of operational control in the Company’s key gas plays. A further goal is to maximize the Company’s deal flow, as it should ensure the Company's rapid transition to more advanced stages of its planned evolution: the establishment of a world-class natural gas project.
